About

Please complete this booking form to have your child/ren's photos taken on Monday 31st August and Tuesday 1st Sepember. I will be taking photos both mornings from approx 8.30am till lunchtime, I aim to take a mix of candid and posed photos and sibling photos will be taken where applicable.
Only one booking is required per family, but please include the details of all your children.
There is a $25 booking, which is redeemable against your order.
