Welcome to our Musical Theatre Club’s production of The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical.We follow Percy Jackson, a teenager who discovers he is no ordinary kid, but a demigod and the son of Poseidon. Joined by his friends Annabeth and Grover, Percy embarks on an epic quest across America to prevent a war among the Greek gods and uncover the truth about his own identity.
Filled with action, humour, memorable music, and larger-than-life characters, The Lightning Thief explores themes of friendship, courage, belonging, self-discovery, and the power of embracing what makes us unique. Along the way, our heroes face mythical monsters, impossible challenges, and difficult choices that test their strength and character.
This production is the result of the creativity, dedication, and teamwork of our talented cast, crew, musicians, and staff. We are proud to share their hard work with you and celebrate the magic of live theatre together.
