Join us by the fire as Tasmaniac Distillers take over the bar for an evening of gin cocktails, Aperol-inspired sips and a little coffee liqueur magic.
They’ll shake, stir and show you how to mix a few classics of your own — so you can take a little cocktail know-how (and perhaps a bottle or two) home with you.
And because no proper cocktail party runs on drinks alone, there’ll be olives and fancy little eats from the Lucy Boots Test Kitchen to tantalise your taste buds.
