Sydney Destash Market will be participating in Sydney Craft Week and hosting a very special "Spring Clean" Market on 18 October 2026.
This ticket is to become a stallholder at the event.

Bump-in: From 7:00 am
Market hours: 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
Bump-out: From 3:00 pm
Please note that we must vacate the venue by 5:00 pm.
As usual, this market is targeted at home crafters looking to clear out items from their stash that they no longer want. All types of craft items are accepted, including but not limited to fabric, yarn, embroidery kits, paper crafts, millinery supplies, beads, sequins, felting supplies, and stationery.
This market does not accept non-craft-related items or premade items such as candles, clothing, or jewellery.
In the past, we have allowed stallholders to sell limited amounts of handmade items, and we will continue to allow this, however it should not take up more than 20% of your stalls offering. People come to the market to but raw craft materials, and this is what will sell best.
This market will be held completely indoors, and we have arranged Wi-Fi access for stallholders and marketgoers (the password will be provided closer to the event).
Stall Prices
Half Table - $40
Perfect if you only have a small amount of fabric, yarn, or craft supplies to sell. We will provide a table, which you will share with other stallholders.
Full Table - $65
If you would prefer your own table space, you can book a full table. Please note that you will need to supply your own table (or select the rental option)
Maximum table length should be 2m x1m
2m x 3m Stall Space - $85
If you need more room, you can book a larger stall space. Your own table, racks, and display equipment will be required.
Tables
This venue does not provide tables as part of the hire.
The UTS facilities team has advised that they can supply up to 30 tables for use on the day at an additional cost of $20 per table. If you would like to hire a table, please select this option during checkout.
Insurance
All stallholders must hold public liability insurance.
If you have your own insurance, please email a copy of your Certificate of Currency to sydneydestashmarket@gmail.com.
If you do not have your own insurance, you can be covered under our event policy for a fee of $16.
Parking and Loading Dock
The UTS car park does not open until 10:00 am on Sundays, so it will not be suitable for stallholder parking during bump-in.
The venue does, however, have access to a loading dock. The loading dock can accommodate only 2-3 vehicles at a time, so each stallholder will be allocated a specific arrival time. To ensure a smooth bump-in process for everyone, these allocated times must be adhered to.
Once you have unloaded, you can move your vehicle to one of the many nearby parking stations or try to find street parking.
If you pre-book parking at Market City, it is a flat rate of $14 from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. You can find further information here: https://www.marketcity.com.au/parking/
You can request a refund up to 14 days prior to the event for any reason. There is a $2 processing fee that is deducted from your refund, and the cost of insurance is non-refundable. No refunds are available for no-shows or if you cancel with less than 14 days' notice.
