Good Enough: Lunch + Workshop for Exhausted Asian Daughters
About
You've spent your whole life being good. Good at school. Good at putting others first. Good at keeping it together. But when did you last feel good enough – for yourself?
Good Enough is a lunch and workshop for Asian women and non-binary folks who are done running on empty, but aren't sure where to start when it comes to their own health and wellbeing. Not the western wellness version. Something that actually fits your life, your values, and your culture.
In just three hours, you'll sit down with a room of women and AFABs who get it – no explanation required – and together you'll:
→ Reimagine what health actually looks like for you (not the version you were handed)
→ Name the real barriers getting in the way – cultural, familial, environmental – and realise you're not the problem
→ Leave with one honest, doable next step that fits your actual life
This isn't therapy or a lecture. It's the kind of community that reconnects you with your roots, and reminds you that you were never the problem
Hosted by Amanda Huynh (Dietitian) and Satinderjit Kaur (Occupational Therapist), and held during Women and AFAB Health Week.
Lunch is included. Enjoy a two-course Vietnamese meal (vegan pho and spring rolls) prepared by a dietitian who knows that food is never just food.
