Beginners Knitting Workshop (4 Part Series)
About
Meet Christine: Sharing the Joy of KnittingChristine has been knitting for around 50 years, first learning from her mother. What began as a skill has become a much-loved pastime, bringing her relaxation and the satisfaction of transforming a simple ball of yarn into something beautiful and practical.
Christine’s preferred style is traditional bottom-up knitting on straight needles, and she particularly enjoys creating garments featuring intricate cable patterns. Over the years, she has also enjoyed adapting existing patterns and creating her own, adding a personal touch to each project.
Now, Christine is looking forward to sharing the skills and knowledge she has gathered over the years and helping others discover the creativity, relaxation and satisfaction that knitting can bring.
Come along and give knitting a try — no experience necessary!
This is a four-part series designed to take you through the basics. To get the most out of the program, you’ll need to be available to attend all four sessions.
