Enjoy a captivating performance by the talented Flowers of the Desert dancers before having the opportunity to join in and learn some movements yourself.
Designed for all abilities, the session is a fun way to try something new, connect with others and enjoy the benefits of movement in a supportive environment. Participants will also be treated to a light afternoon tea, providing time to relax and socialise after the workshop.
