HEART MEDICINEA Mini Retreat with the Wild Herd
You didn't lose yourself all at once.
It happened slowly — in the noise, the busyness, the years of putting everything else first.
Heart Medicine is three hours of coming back. We open with cacao, we spend time with the herd, and we close in ceremony together.
There's nothing to perform here. Just you, the land, and nine wild horses who have no interest in who you pretend to be.
