Join us to celebrate the return of Proximity — an australian magazine dedicated to Contact Improvisation, new dance, improvisation & movement.This new edition brings together voices, histories, images and reflections from the community, connecting the archive with what is alive and unfolding, as well as celebrating lineage and long standing teachers and movers.
It will be an evening of words, movement, listening and connection.
The event will include a short panel introduction, readings by authors, mini scores and of course, a contact jam.
Copies of the magazine will be available to purchase on the night. As part of the launch celebration, should you wish to purchase, your ticket price will be deducted from the cost of the magazine.
Places are limited and bookings are essential.
