The Order of St John is delighted to invite you to the Annual Siege of Malta Dinner on Wednesday 9 September 2026, to be held at Graduate House, 220 Leicester Street, Carlton. We gather at 6.30 pm for a 7.00 pm start.This year, we are honoured to welcome as our Guest Speaker Greg Hearn, Country Director for the Centre for the Study of Political Islam International (CSPII) and Goodwill Ambassador for the Centre for World Understanding (C4WU), covering Australia and Southeast Asia. Greg has spent years studying Political Islam and the threats that it poses for Christian cultures like ours. He is also expert in understanding the poor quality of teaching at Australian universities about political Islam. I know his words will inspire, challenge and uplift us to continue the fight for Christian principles that this Annual Commemoration Dinner is designed to champion.
The evening is an opportunity to commemorate the courage and sacrifice of the Knights of St John during the Siege of Malta, while enjoying fine dining and fellowship with friends, family and colleagues.
