About
Learn how to recognise the signs of mental health challenges and provide initial support to someone who may be experiencing a mental health problem or crisis. This nationally accredited Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course gives you practical, evidence-based skills to support family, friends, colleagues, or students until professional help arrives or the crisis resolves.Delivered as a 2-day (6 hours per day), this course is open to the general community, EQUALS students, and alumni. No prior experience or qualifications required.
