Feros Care Information Sessions for Xavier College Families

Xavier College is pleased to offer families the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a Feros Care representative.
These 1-hour confidential sessions are suited to parents and caregivers of students aged 9 years and over who:
- are exploring disability supports for their child
- would like to learn more about the NDIS
- need assistance accessing or navigating the NDIS
- have an existing NDIS plan and would like support implementing it
- would like guidance connecting with appropriate community and mainstream services.
Feros Care supports students and families aged 9 years and over to access the NDIS, develop and implement their plans, and build sustainable connections with community and mainstream services.
Appointments are available across our Gawler Belt, Evanston and Two Wells campuses. Families may book a session at any campus, regardless of where their child attends Xavier College. These sessions are for parents and carergivers only. Students are not required to attend.
