Spring Fest – Stallholder Applications

Join us for Spring Fest at Northmead Shopping Village on Saturday 26 September and be part of a colourful, family-friendly celebration welcoming the start of spring.

We’re inviting a curated selection of market stallholders and small businesses to trade as part of the Spring Fest Markets, alongside a full day of family entertainment and activities including a petting zoo, Spring Fest Trail, face painting, stilt walkers, kids workshops and a fire engine visit.

This event is designed to attract families and the local community to Northmead Shopping Village for a relaxed, vibrant spring festival experience filled with shopping, entertainment and activities.

We are looking for quality stallholders offering products that complement the existing retailers within the centre. The market will be curated, with preference given to unique, attractive and family-friendly products that suit the Spring Fest atmosphere.

Suitable categories may include:

• Fashion & accessories
• Jewellery
• Candles & homewares
• Gifts
• Children’s products
• Toys & activities
• Art & handmade products
• Flowers & plants
• Beauty & lifestyle
• Specialty products
• Other unique market-style businesses

IMPORTANT: Applications may be reviewed to ensure a good mix of stalls and to avoid direct competition with existing Northmead Shopping Village retailers. If this happens you will be refunded immediately

Once your application has been accepted, you will receive further information regarding bump-in, trading requirements and event-day procedures.

Spaces are limited, so we encourage stallholders to apply early.

Located in a high-exposure area surrounded by growing residential neighbourhoods, this market is expected to attract a strong community turnout and create an amazing atmosphere for vendors and visitors alike.
