You are invited to hear The Reverend Ronald Henderson OGS speak about history of the Oratory of the Good Shepherd in Australia, the aspirations and values of its founders in 1913, and the Oratory’s foundational Seven Notes.The Oratory is an international Anglican religious community of celibate priests, lay companions and priest associates, alongside the Community of the Good Shepherd for women. Members commit to a disciplined life of prayer and mutual support, while living and working separately and gathering regularly for local, national and international fellowship. The Visitor to the Oratory is the former Archbishop of Canterbury, Rowan Williams. The Oratory has chapters across Britain and Europe, North America, South Africa and Australia.
