What is your refund policy?

Pre-paid event. Nonrefundable after 22nd , December 2026. No discounts.Should this event be cancelled due to any reason the ticket price (excluding booking fees) will be refunded to you in full. Refunds will only be given on a case-by-case basis.

Is there a reduced price for non-alcoholic tickets?

Teen, children & under 3 years old pricing has all been adjusted to reflect this, however, all adult pricing is the same.

Can my group/table book individually and sit together?

Yes, however with very limited bookings it is not recommended. If you need to add on a booking or must book individually, come up with a fun table name and mention this in the field provided.
