Gallery Association Annual General Meeting

All members are warmly invited to attend the 142nd Annual General Meeting of the Art Gallery of Ballarat Association.
At the meeting, Committee positions will be declared vacant and elections for the incoming Committee will be held.
Committee nominations are available on request from the Association Secretary Julie Mahnken: bfagassociation@gmail.com.
Nomination forms may be emailed to the Secretary or sent by mail to Art Gallery of Ballarat Association, PO Box 278, Ballarat 3353 or delivered to the Gallery shop. Nominations must be received by the Association no later than 5pm on Wednesday 7 October 2026.
Nominators and nominees must be current financial members of the Association. Nominees must also have a Director ID number as required by ASIC. If you need assistance with getting a Director ID, please contact the Association Secretary.
Members may appoint a proxy to vote in their absence. Proxy forms are available from the Secretary or from the Gallery Shop and must be received by the Association by 4pm Monday 19 October 2026.
Copies of the 2025-26 Association Annual Report will be available at the meeting. If you are unable to attend, a copy of the Annual Report will be available after the meeting by email of hard copy on request to bfagassociation@gmail.com.
Light refreshments will be served at the meeting. To assist with catering, please advise the secretary of your intention to attend the meeting by emailing bfagassociation@gmail.com.
