To support families in navigating these challenges, St Bernard's College is partnering with ySafe to deliver a practical and engaging parent session focused on modern parenting in a rapidly changing digital world.
This session will explore:

- Healthy screen time and digital habits
- Practical ways to support children’s wellbeing, resilience and decision-making online
- Strategies for creating a safer, more balanced digital home environment
- How to keep communication open and relationships strong in the digital years

Please note, this session is intended for parents only. Y-Safe will be holding incursions specifically for our Year 7, 8 and 10 students during school hours.
