About
Join us for a fun, hands‑on Scratch coding session! Kids will start with a simple project idea, then have the freedom to develop it in their own time with support from a librarian. Along the way, they’ll build core skills in computational thinking, sequencing and problem‑solving—no previous coding experience required.We recommend participants create a Scratch account beforehand and bring their username and password to each session.
Laptops are provided.
Sessions:
• Thursday 3 September, 4 – 5:30pm
• Thursday 10 September, 4 – 5:30pm
• Thursday 17 September, 4 – 5:30pm
• Thursday 24 September, 4 – 5:30pm
Ages: 8-12 years
Cost: Free
