About
Following a catastrophic climate event (The Freeze) that plunged the world into a permanent iceage, the United States ceased to exist and was replaced by The Western American Territorial
States (T.W.A.T.S.), a ruthless dictatorship that maintains control through fear, surveillance, and
the strict rationing of food, fuel, and shelter. With survival dependent on obedience, citizens are
encouraged to report disloyal behaviour, and any challenge to the regime is treated as a threat to
public order.
Beyond the reach of government authority, operates Workers' Initiative for Trust, Community,
and Hope (W.I.T.C.H., nicknamed Witches), a grassroots organisation that provides aid, warmth,
and protection to those abandoned by the state. While many view Witches as a symbol of
compassion and resistance, the regime brands its members as dangerous enemies of the
people.
As paranoia spreads across the frozen settlements, accusations become weapons, truth
becomes difficult to find, and ordinary citizens must decide whether to submit to fear or stand up
for what is right.
