Neurodivergence in Family Law (SOLD OUT)
About
Family law practitioners often see children whose behaviour changes after separation. Some become anxious, withdrawn or angry. Others resist changeovers, struggle with different routines, become distressed about moving between homes, or appear strongly attached to one parent. These behaviours are often understood in terms of parental conflict, family violence, attachment, parenting capacity or the child’s relationship with each parent. These are all important issues. But they may not always tell the full story.
