Yay! A new workshop from Beljays Felt!“I’ve been making felted vessels in all kinds of shapes and sizes for years, for exhibitions and on commission. But this is the first time I have offered a workshop on making felted vessels, suitable for beginners and experienced feltmakers.” Belle
Join us to learn how to make a felted vessel. Belle, your tutor, will guide you step by step through the process. From laying out the wool fibres, working with a resist template, and felting the whole lot together to create your own unique piece.
Beginners are welcome.
But adults only.
Bookings essential.
The $75.00 fee covers your materials (including Belle’s beautiful hand dyed wool, threads and fabrics), use of tools and templates and Belle’s expert tuition. You’ll leave with your very own creation and the knowledge to make more for your family and friends. And you will meet other wonderful creative people - something you kind of miss learning from online tutorials.
The workshop will run from 9.30 am to 3pm.
Coffee, tea and biscuits are provided but you should bring your own lunch.
Grab a friend or come on your own. We always have a good giggle while we work. Places are limited so book now.
