About
A workshop focused on exploring floorwork transitions, technique and choreography in heels. We’ll go through a warm-up, muscle activation and foundational drills for the first 30 minutes, then move on to learning choreography. You are welcome to record yourself in the last 10 mins of the class.Open to anyone wanting to build more confidence and flow in their floorwork.
