CAPTivate Gymnastics is coming to Lake Macquarie, and we’re opening the doors for three weeks of Come & Try Adult Gymnastics sessions from 22nd September – 11th October!

Our Come & Try sessions run just like a regular CAPTivate class, giving you the chance to experience our coaching, community and approach to adult gymnastics before Term 4 begins on 12th October.

Whether you’re looking for a fun new way to move, want to learn skills you never got the chance to learn, or you’re ready to return to gymnastics after years away, CAPTivate is a place to challenge yourself, learn new things and have a whole lot of fun doing it.
