About
Healing Streams Encounter Leadership is two days of ministry with Dr Joshua Todd and team. Dr Joshua is the founder of Kingdom Champions College and the Senior Leader of East Gate Jacksonville in Florida, USA.This will be an encounter with Kingdom authority, servant leadership, and the healing required to lead well, be led well, and steward influence well.
We all carry influence — not only in ministry or leadership positions, but in our families, marriages, friendships, workplaces and everyday relationships. Encounter Leadership explores what it means to carry that influence in a way that looks like Jesus.
Many have experienced authority through control, rejection, disappointment or spiritual abuse. Others have learned to carry influence without allowing God to first form the character required to steward it. This encounter brings healing to our relationship with authority while forming us to carry responsibility with humility, maturity and love.
We will explore the difference between authority and control, stewardship and ownership, service and status, accountability and domination, and formation and function.
Encounter Leadership is an invitation to become the kind of person who can safely carry influence, receive leadership without fear, and lead in a way that helps others become everything God has called them to be.
Authority that serves destiny. Leadership that looks like Jesus.
