Lucky Duck Race EntryPurchase your Lucky Duck Race Entry and be part of the FLOAT River Festival Charity Rubber Duck Race.
Your entry secures one numbered rubber duck in the race. Ducks will be released onto the Parramatta River by event staff, and the first ducks across the finish line will win cash prizes.
A portion of every Lucky Duck Race Entry will support our official charity partners.
Duck races will take place:
Saturday 5 September at 3:00pm
Sunday 6 September at 3:00pm
Cash prizes will be awarded on the day, with the prize pool increasing as more ducks are sold.
Prize pool per race:
1st Prize: up to $2,500 cash
2nd Prize: up to $1,000 cash
Final prize amounts will be confirmed based on the number of ducks sold for each race.
Please select the race day you would like to enter when booking.
Duck sales are online only and will close at 12:00pm on race day, unless sold out prior. Ducks will not be available to purchase at the event.
On the day, you can visit the duck decorating area before the race to decorate your duck and give it some extra personality before it hits the water.
Please note:
One Lucky Duck Race Entry equals one numbered duck in the race.
Ducks are managed and released by event staff.
You do not need to physically release your duck into the river.
Winners will be announced on the day.
Entries are non-refundable.
Prize amounts increase as duck sales increase, up to the maximum advertised amounts.
A portion of proceeds will support charity.
Pick your duck, decorate it, back a cause and cheer it on from the riverbank.
