Teresa Springall has been a Hawaiin Kahuna Massage practitioner for 20 years but she has always loved SOUND and singing and so it was a very organic evolution for her to move into Sound healing with the beautiful crystal bowls as well as her voice which can be quite soft and angelic or powerfully strong when calling in her channel through her Native American Shamanic healer. The healing frequencies of sound move throughout the body, creating gentle vibrations that resonate through our organs, cells and the water within us. This can have a profound effect on the body as a whole. Every session is unique, supporting the collective energy while also meeting each individual exactly where they are.
Sue brings her unique work with Esoteric Acupuncture, Selenite Swords Lightbody activation, and Breathwork creating an energetic field of cleansing, activation and alignment.
