About

The right to defend a criminal charge is critical within our justice system. This practical seminar will update you on the law as it relates to the annulment of convictions in the Local Court. It will include a case study demonstrating how to quickly and effectively prepare your evidence, and present a compelling application.

I'll be joined by Specialist Technology Lawyer, Rebecca Grant, and we will show you how to draft your application, supporting affidavit and written submissions in under 15 minutes. You will receive a copy of the automated documents, including the written submissions, that you can use in your daily practice.

This seminar is a must-attend for all junior lawyers and for senior practitioners seeking a refresher in this area of criminal law.

A paper and other practical resources will be provided.
