Move through a powerful yoga flow accompanied by live music: keys, saxophone, didgeridoo and slide guitar - with the music building alongside the movement in real time.
As the evening unfolds, it moves into deep stretching, stillness and an then an immersive sound journey, surrounded by lighting projections that transform the space.
The experience will finish with special live musical performances, followed by tea, snacks and time to stay, connect and enjoy the community.
