This is so much more than a yoga class.
Twilight Flow brings together so many of the things I love: movement, live music, sound and connection.
We start with a strong, dynamic yoga flow while our incredible local musicians play live alongside us on keys, saxophone, didgeridoo and slide guitar. The music builds with the movement, breath and energy in the room.
As the sun goes down, everything starts to slow. We move into deeper stretching and stillness, the music slows with us, and the lighting projections begin to transform the room.
Moving colours, patterns and imagery are projected across the walls and space around you, creating an immersive visual experience that shifts alongside the music and movement.
We finish with meditation, crystal singing bowls and an immersive sound journey, before our musicians take us through some final live performances.
And afterwards, stick around for tea, snacks and time to connect. 🤍
