Successful research projects rely on more than sound methodology and technical expertise. This seminar will explore the critical role of soft skills in research delivery, including communication, relationship management and adaptability. Participants will learn how to maintain a flexible and responsive approach to project delivery, navigate changing project environments, and build and sustain partnerships that support both immediate project outcomes and long-term collaborative success.

About the Presenter
Anna Jolly, Manager, Partnerships, Research & Innovation at Southern NSW Local Health District brings more than 15 years of experience across Australian and international health systems, with a professional background in dietetics and expertise spanning aged care, Aboriginal health, humanitarian health, health service improvement, clinical governance, research and partnership development. She is passionate about creating practical connections between people, organisations and services to deliver meaningful and sustainable impact, particularly within rural and regional communities.

The RR-CLaN is a rural led initiative that aims to provide high-quality research education and training to healthcare staff working in rural, regional and remote areas. Our aim is to provide you with the education and training opportunities to build key skills in how to use and undertake research to improve healthcare delivery.
