- Effective communication including active listening
- Inclusive leadership
- Building trust
- Working with volunteers and committees
- Encouraging and managing diverse viewpoints respectfully.
Participant outcomes:
Participants strengthen their ability to engage diverse communities, build partnerships and foster inclusive participation.
