The Find Your Spark Netball Academy is a dynamic development program for Brisbane-based players aged 10–14+ years who are passionate about improving their netball and reaching their full potential. 

Whether your goal is representative selection, higher-level competition, or to simply become a more confident and capable player, this Netball Academy provides the ideal environment to learn, grow and thrive.

Designed and led by an expert coach, each session incorporates essential movement skills including combination footwork, change of direction, acceleration, deceleration and explosive first-step speed, alongside the execution and application of core ball skills. Attack-focused training develops players' ability to create space through effective lead timing, body positioning and dynamic movement, while defensive training focuses on 1:1 dictating, first ball pressure, intercept technique and hands-over-ball pressure.

Having coached hundreds of players across all levels of the game, Find Your Spark understands the skills, habits and mindset required to progress along the netball pathway. Sessions are conducted in small groups, allowing for individual coaching, immediate feedback and high repetitions to accelerate learning, build confidence and establish the fundamental skills required to become a highly competitive netballer.

These Academy programs are best suited to players who love netball, enjoy being challenged, and are motivated to continually improve their skills, game awareness and decision-making. Beyond skill development, players will become part of a positive and supportive community where they can make new friends, build resilience and develop a lifelong love of the game.
