Officials Season Refresher Course
About
SLSWA will be running an Officials Refresher Night for all returning and new officials ahead of the season. This session is open to anyone with an official accreditation or is in the process of obtaining one for the upcoming season.The session will refresh key knowledge and processes, including the use of SurfTec tablets for marshalling, recording results and troubleshooting, as well as important event procedures and competition rules.
We will also work through practical scenarios using the tablets to help build confidence and familiarise officials with the system before the season begins.
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and discuss any official related queries heading into the new season as well as a general catch up before we head into the summer season!
Food and drinks will be provided, If you have registered your attendance, please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
