Where Does the Money Go?

Demystifying Body Corporate Finances

You live in a body corporate. You pay levies. But do you really understand where that money goes?

OPEN TO ALL STRATA COMMUNITIES

You do not need to be an Archers client to attend.

Join Smart Strata in partnership with Archers the Strata Professionals and a panel of industry experts for our Brisbane body corporate seminar, exploring the complete financial journey of a body corporate – from budget preparation and levy setting through to everyday financial management and long-term planning.

Discover the key factors that influence body corporate finances, including insurance premiums, maintenance and capital works, sinking fund planning, legislative obligations and rising costs. You'll also gain practical insight into the roles and responsibilities of committees, body corporate managers and professional advisers, and where committees can influence financial decisions.

Whether you're a committee member, lot owner, building representative or industry professional, this seminar will help you better understand your body corporate's finances and make more informed decisions.
