ALL IN 2026 — On Mission together

Across our Churches of Christ family in WA, we're stronger together than we are apart. ALL IN exists to bring that truth to life — We're pausing to gather as one family: pastors, ministry staff, administrators, youth and children's leaders, board members, worship teams, volunteers and everyone serving in our churches.

Why come?

Because ministry can be isolating. It's easy to feel like you're the only one navigating your challenges, wearing your particular hat, carrying your particular load — when really, there are dozens of others across our churches doing the same work, wrestling with the same questions, and cheering for the same mission. ALL IN is a practical expression of one of our core priorities as CoCWA: Unity in Christ — building genuine connection, collaboration and encouragement across our diverse, interdependent family of churches.

Come and you'll find:

• Worship together as one family
• Teaching that equips and refreshes
• Elective sessions with practical tools you can take home
• Time to connect with others serving in similar roles across other churches — swap ideas, share stories, build friendships that outlast the day

Who's it for?

• The Day is designed for all staff and volunteers serving in key roles — this is for you if you show up week to week to make ministry happen.

• The Night widens the circle further — all staff and volunteers, board members etc are warmly invited to join us as we come together to worship and celebrate what God is doing across our churches.
