We're excited to share our school holiday wellbeing and performance workshop “Feelings to Focus: Emotional Control in Sport & Life”, a practical and engaging workshop designed to help young athletes build the mental skills needed to perform at their best, both on and off the field. This program is suitable for individual and team sport athletes aged 12-18.This workshop focuses on:
· Managing pressure, nerves, and performance anxiety
· Understanding and controlling emotions during training and competition
· Developing coping strategies for setbacks and challenges
· Building mental resilience and confidence
. Strengthening teamwork and positive team culture
In this 90-minute workshop, students engage in an interactive and supportive group environment learning and engaging in activities to support overall wellbeing and sports performance. Participants will develop a personalised wellbeing and performance plan with tools and strategies in a fun and engaging way.
