Step inside the high-performance environment of the Sunshine Coast Lightning at our exclusive Junior High Performance Camp.Designed for athletes at rep level, this clinic provides a rare opportunity to experience the training standards, preparation and support systems used at the elite level.
Athletes will work alongside Lightning’s representatives, gaining insight into what it takes to compete at the top level. The program includes:
* On-court skill development
* High Performance Behaviours session
* Athlete recovery - Pool recovery session
This camp is specifically designed for young netballers wanting to improve their skills in a high performance environment similar to a Lightning training day.
Places are strictly limited to ensure a focused, high-performance training environment.
All participants will receive a High Performance Clinic singlet
There will be two groups on the day
11- 12 years
13 - 14 years
