❤️ TERM 4 — NEW GLP-1 SUPPORT CLASS❤️I’m opening a ladies-only strength and wellbeing class for women of any age who are currently using GLP-1 medication and would like additional support while navigating their journey.
We’ll focus on:
🏋️♀️ Strength training
🥩 Protein & nutrition guidance
📊 Weekly muscle-mass measurements
🧠 Mental wellness & accountability
💪 Building and protecting strength
❤️ Creating a supportive, judgement-free communityWhen appetite is significantly reduced, it can become harder to consume enough protein, calories and essential nutrients to support the body.
And for women in midlife, protecting muscle mass, strength and bone health should be a priority — not an afterthought.
Because losing weight and improving your health are not necessarily the same thing.
