Worshipful Brother Tyler Sandiford and the Officers of the King David Lodge No.460 invite you to our upcoming September meeting.Our regular meeting date, being the third Monday of the month, coincides this year with the date of one of the 'High Holy' days of the Hebrew calendar, being that of Yom Kippur - mentioned (for those who are familiar) in Masonic ritual as 'The Day of Expiation of Sin'.
Thus, dispensation having been granted by Grand Lodge to meet on an alternative date, we will meet on Monday the 28th of September.
The business of the evening will be-
To invest the following Officers of the Lodge: Stewards, Organist, Inner Guard and Director of Ceremonies
There will then be a lecture by a guest speaker:
WBro. Dr.Jack Aquilina, who will present a Lecture entitled "Completing Our Allotted Task While It Is Yet Day" - Challnges that face Freemasonry In The Modern Age.
It promises to be a great evening together, and our convivial South will be buzzing with joyous conversation, good food, refreshing drinks, laughter and warmth.
As usual, anyone is welcome to book for the South - friends, partners, wives, prospective members etc.
Dinner charge includes all food and drinks.
(Worshipful Masters "on the road" may attend as guests of the lodge.)
