Southside Eagles are seeking expressions of interest for players wishing to trial for the following:U9 Pre-Academy Boys
U13 - U18 FQ Academy Boys
Players wishing to trial must be extremely motivated and fully committed to 3 days of training a week and travel for games.
Players must trial in their correct age group, with the correct DOB entered during registration. The Club Technical Director may deem it appropriate for your child/player to be considered for participation outside their age group for their developmental benefit. Should this be the case, the Technical Director will submit a player dispensation application based on various developmental factors. However, please be aware that the decision to approve or deny this is solely at the discretion of Football Queensland, and Southside Eagles has no input in this decision. Playing with your friends is not considered a reason to play out of age at the FQ Academy level.
Boys turning 8 in 2027 (born 2019), if you want to be considered as a younger player playing at U9 pre-academy or Kangaroo 2 level, you must email Dale Zimmerlie at dzimm2@eq.edu.au to be assessed for trials.
*Non-refundable Trial Fee of $20 applies per participant
