5:00-6:00pm: Students staggered arrivals at the venue
5:30-7:00pm: Pre-Formal Food and Beverage service for Pre-Formal ticket holders
7:00pm: Departure of Pre-Formal Guests
7:00pm-10:00pm: Formal Event
10:00pm: All guests depart the venue
