Career Start Learning Alliance Meeting, Term 4 - The Intentional ProfessionalJoin colleagues for a collaborative Learning Alliance Meeting focused on becoming The Intentional Professional as you move beyond your first year of teaching.
This interactive session provides an opportunity to consider how the professional you are becoming shapes your practice, relationships and future opportunities. Participants will explore professional identity and presence, high expectations for themselves, continuous professional growth, and career development and opportunities.
Through practical activities, case studies, discussion and reflection, you will consider how to contribute purposefully and sustainably, take increasing ownership of your professional learning, recognise and articulate your growing strengths and experiences, and identify opportunities for your next stage of development.
Share experiences, learn from colleagues, and leave with practical strategies and a clearer sense of how you can continue to notice, explore and grow as an intentional professional.
