Challenging conversations: Building strong working relationships
In Term 4, we are excited to be hosting our Early Career Teacher Specialist Network at Croxton School.
This session will explore practical ways to build your confidence and capacity to have challenging conversations while maintaining positive partnerships, useful for application with school colleagues, families and allied health care teams. Experienced staff will share their strategies and reflections from their time in the field.
Following the session, participants will also have the opportunity to take a walkthrough of Croxton School and hear from the team.

Participant numbers are strictly capped to minimise disruption to our host school. We encourage you to register early to secure a place. A waitlist will be available once capacity is reached.
