Spiritual Care, Palliative Care and Social Work warmly invite you to attend the Northern Health Memorial Service. The service is an opportunity for relatives and loved ones to join together in honouring the memory of those who passed away between 1 Dec 2025 and 31 May 2026 at Northern Health.Light refreshments will be provided after the service.
There is free parking available on the night. Please arrive at 6:15 PM for 6:30 PM start.
We encourage you to bring a photograph or a memento of your loved one to the service, as there will be an opportunity to reflect, to remember and to celebrate together.
