Let’s sleep is a free single information session for parents and carers with babies aged 6 to 12 month. Estimated time 1-2 hours. Any additional information will be sent to you via email.
If you have any concerns about your child’s sleep, please call 1300 749 869. Your call will be directed to a child health nurse who can help.
What will I learn?
The let’s sleep session looks at:
• Understanding sleep cycles and sleep patterns
• Realistic expectations of sleep
• Sleep and settling strategies
• Sharing ideas and strategies with the group to support each other
