Tocal Retreat (Financial members only)

Total cost: $200 per person. This includes all meals and twin-share accommodation. Linen and bath towels are provided, and you are welcome to bring your own pillow if you prefer.At our Tocal Retreats, the focus is on relaxing, connecting and enjoying time together. Throughout the weekend there will be opportunities to join guided meditations led by our experienced meditation teachers, along with a ‘hands-on’ creative activity. You are welcome to participate in as many or as few activities as you wish, or simply take time to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
At times during the retreat, participants may choose to share readings or healing. If you have a gift you would like to share with the group, please let us know. All gifts are shared free of charge over the weekend, and only at times when you feel comfortable to do so. Absolutely no obligation to share anything if you do not wish to do so.
On Saturday evening, following the meditation, we will gather for nibbles and conversation. You are welcome to bring your own beverages to enjoy during this time.
Please note:
- We will have some ‘hands-on’ creative activities available for those who wish to take part. Coloured pencils will be provided, however you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
