Jennifer DeGrassi - Voice
Jennifer is a performing artist and writer of song and poetry. She draws influence vocally from Jazz, Eastern European, Persian and Classical music, with her repertoire ranging from 12th Century chants to New Age and Neo-Classical styles.
She is known for her ethereal, otherworldly textures and also powerful melodically exotic vocal performances.
Julian Ferraretto - Violin
Quoted by SA Life as one of South Australia’s musical elites, jazz violinist, string arranger, animator and composer for ASO and other projects, Australian born Julian Ferraretto moved to London in 2002, returning a decade later. He is known for his virtuosic and melodically charged performances world-wide.
Alain Vãlodze Flamenco, Fretless and Barritone Guitar
Having explored and performed an eclectic variety of styles and genres, international artist, composer, producer and arranger Alain Vãlodze is a guitarist who draws influences from Flamenco, Folk, Brazilian, Classical, Jazz, Indian, Sevdah and Latin styles. He creates a hauntingly beautiful new age and contemporary sound.
Michael Currie - 5 String Double Bass
Michael is known nationally for his fluid and lyrical improvisation style Influenced by Rabbath, Renaud Garcia-Fons and Barre Phillips. He has played with many improvising and folk musicians, including Australian tours with Peggy Van Zalm and Mal Webb. He has won several awards including an Outstanding Achievement in Research Award.
