Workshop 4: Reflecting back, looking forwardIn this final workshop for the year, you will have the opportunity to celebrate your learning journey and professional growth over the course of the Career Start program. You will reflect on your professional practice and identify ongoing areas of growth. You’ll explore practical strategies to support your wellbeing throughout your teaching career, including building connections and belonging. The overall aim of this workshop is to prepare you to take the next steps towards a successful and inspiring career.
Workshop dates:
Friday 23 October 2026 - Department of Education - Swan Hill Office
Friday 20 November 2026 - Victorian Academy of Teaching and Leadership - Mildura
**Please Note**
Mentors and early career teachers attend one workshop only and must select the same date when registering.
Mentors are asked to arrive at 12:30pm for lunch and the afternoon session.
Dietary requirements received less than two weeks prior to the workshop cannot be guaranteed.
