At the Career Start Learning Alliance Meetings, early career teachers will have the opportunity to deepen their pedagogical practice and connect with peers. The session will include classroom walkthroughs, providing real-time insights into effective teaching strategies. Early career teachers will also engage in collaborative discussions, exploring common challenges and sharing solutions through a problem of practice approach. Additionally, targeted professional learning will be provided, to support ongoing development and confidence in the classroom. This is a valuable opportunity to learn, reflect, and grow alongside fellow early career teachers in a supportive environment.
