SPORTS CARNIVAL SAUSAGE SIZZLE

We’re excited to be offering a sausage sizzle for students from Kindy to Year 6 on Sports Carnival Day!

To help make lunchtime quick and easy, families will pre-purchase their child’s sausage sizzle through TryBooking.

Sausage Sizzle & Juice Box — $5 Each

How Ordering Will Work

Families can place one order per family and purchase multiple items within the same booking.

When placing your order, please select one $0 faction ticket for each child who is having a sausage sizzle.

For example, if you have two children having sausage sizzles — one in Blue Faction and one in Red Faction — please select one Blue Faction ticket and one Red Faction ticket, along with their two sausage sizzles.

This will help us quickly sort orders and ensure the correct number of sausage sizzles are delivered to each faction.

Years 1–6: Pre-purchased sausage sizzles will be sorted into faction tubs and delivered to the relevant faction tents and handed out at lunchtime.

Kindy & Pre-Primary: As these students will return to their classrooms for lunch, their pre-purchased sausage sizzles will be delivered directly to their classrooms.

Parents and additional family members do not need to pre-purchase sausage sizzles. Sausage sizzles will also be available for purchase on the day, subject to availability.

 A Little Reminder

Please make sure you select the correct faction ticket for each child when placing your order. This will make the sorting and distribution process much quicker and smoother for everyone on the day.

Once bookings close on Friday, 11 September, we will print the TryBooking lists and use these to organise and check off orders before distribution.

A Few Things to Note

• Pre-purchased sausage sizzle items are non-refundable, as quantities and ingredients are purchased based on the number of orders received.

• Pre-purchased sausage sizzles are available for students from Kindy to Year 6.

• Drinks and additional sausage sizzles for parents and family members will be available to purchase on the day, subject to availability.

• Please double-check your sausage sizzle selection and faction ticket(s) before submitting your order.

• Gluten Free if required please see Charlotte Princi on the day
