Matt Lloyd-Cape joined the progressive think tank Per Capita in 2019, and in 2022 he was the founding director of the Centre for Equitable Housing, where he is now the principal fellow. He is a prominent commentator and adviser on housing issues.

Jack Toohey is a Sydney-based author and creative director focused on systems literacy, social inequality and climate justice. In 2023, he released a video examining housing affordability that went viral. In 2025, he released his debut non-fiction Better Things Are Possible and in 2026 he appeared before a senate inquiry into intergenerational housing in Australia.
